What we collect
When you book a detail we collect:
- Contact info — name, phone, email, service address.
- Vehicle info — year, make, model, color, and the condition you described.
- Payment info — card details are tokenized by Square; we never see or store your card number.
Our website also logs standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through Cloudflare's infrastructure so we can keep the site online and catch abuse.
Why we collect it
- To schedule and perform the service you booked.
- To process your deposit and the balance due on completion.
- To text or email you reminders, arrival windows, and receipts.
- To follow up afterward and, with your permission, to request a review.
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary, with these specific partners:
- Square — processes payments and holds customer records for our business.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and our booking API.
- Google — runs our Business Profile and reviews.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. If a law enforcement request ever required disclosure we would notify you unless legally prohibited.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and business-record requirements. Marketing contacts (if you opted in) are kept until you opt out. You can ask us to delete everything else at any time.

You can email hello@apollocardetailing.com to:
- See what personal information we have about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it (subject to the retention requirements above).
- Unsubscribe from any marketing communication in one step.
If you're a California resident you have additional rights under CCPA; same email address.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of first-party cookies that are necessary for the booking flow (remembering your quote mid-flow). We don't use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
Children
Our services aren't directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on the home page for at least 30 days.
