Who we are
Apollo Car Detailing ("Apollo," "we") is a mobile detailing business based at 2204 N Ball Ave, Muncie, IN 47304. By booking a service you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide exterior and interior car detailing services at the tier you select (Express, Full Detail, or Showroom). We arrive with our own water, power, and supplies. You provide access to the vehicle and a flat place to park it. Services are performed at the address you provide unless you arrange a different location with us in advance.
Pricing and estimates
Our website's instant quote is an estimate based on the information you provide (vehicle class, condition, factors). The final price may change if, when we arrive, the vehicle's condition clearly exceeds what was described — for example pet hair or biohazards that weren't mentioned. In that case we'll show you photos, give you a revised quote before starting, and you can approve, decline, or ask us to do the base-tier service only. No charges are ever added without your approval.
Deposits and payment
- A $25 deposit (or the amount quoted at checkout) is collected when you book and applied to your final bill.
- The remainder is due on completion.
- Payment methods: all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and cash.
- Payments are processed by Square. By booking you agree to Square's terms and privacy policy for the payment itself.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Within 24 hours of the appointment we keep the deposit; we've already turned away other bookings for that slot.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
- If we have to cancel for weather or other reasons on our end, we'll refund your deposit in full or reschedule — your choice.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied, tell us on the spot — before we leave. We'll fix it. If we can't get it right after a reasonable second attempt you don't pay for that service.
Vehicle condition and disclosures
Please let us know in advance about:
- Pre-existing damage, paint issues, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive trim.
- Items of value inside the vehicle (we recommend removing them).
- Mechanical issues that affect access (a broken door handle, a seat that won't move, etc.).
We're thorough and careful, but we can't be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or concealed defects that a reasonable inspection wouldn't catch.
Liability
We carry general liability insurance. If we damage your vehicle or property through our negligence we'll cover the repair. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for that service or (b) what our insurance policy covers. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost time, rental car costs beyond the repair period, etc.).
Ceramic coating warranty
Our Showroom tier includes a 2-year ceramic coating warranty honored by the manufacturer. Warranty details, care instructions, and registration are provided on the job and follow the manufacturer's published terms.
Photography
We may take before/after photos of the work for our portfolio and reviews. We never include identifying information (license plate, VIN, address) in public photos. Let us know at booking if you'd rather we didn't photograph your vehicle at all — we'll honor that.
Communication
By providing your phone number you agree to receive booking-related texts and calls from us. Standard messaging rates apply. You can opt out of marketing communication any time by replying STOP or emailing us; booking-related messages (arrival windows, receipts) will still come through if you have an active appointment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware County, Indiana.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version lives at this URL with the date at the top. Bookings are governed by whichever version was in effect when you booked.
